Road Max is our mid-priced, semi-custom trailering cover, made of a 10-ounce polyester/cotton blend. This fabric combines the inherent advantages of cotton with the strength of polyester for a water-repellent and durable boat cover that is also breathable. The poly/cotton fabric is specially selected for long life and extra strength for trailering.

The Road Max cover now includes the Travel Strap Tie-Down Kit for highway trailering. Poly/cotton blend combines the strength of polyester with the breathability of cotton to prevent mildew. Provides excellent tear strength, and resistance to water and abrasion.
For strength and convenience, tie-down points include sewn-in 1" poly-web loops.
Strong braided rope is sewn into the hem for a tight fit along the hull. Keeps the wind out when trailering. Double-folded, double-sewn cross seams use cotton-wrapped polyester stitching thread. Extra-quality needle work helps resist leakage along the stitching.
